Benefits of Dog Walking
Regular dog walking improves both your dog’s health and well-being. Dogs that are left home alone during the day are happier and healthier when someone can come by once a day (or, just a few times a week) for some company and to take them outside for a walk, some fresh air and a much-needed potty break.
What to Expect
Our dog walker will come to your home and take your pup (or, pups) for a fun trip around the neighborhood. If your yard is fenced-in and your preference is to stay closer to home, we can have outside playtime in the backyard instead. Whatever works best for you and your pets.
All walks include plenty of love, cuddles and treats (if you allow them). We also wipe off wet & muddy paws when we come back inside. We’ll even refresh their water bowl on the way out.
Types of Dog Walks We Offer
Most of our clients opt for a 30-minute walk/visit. But, if your dog is a little older, or maybe he’s recovering from an illness and just needs a quick trip out, we also offer a 15 minute “in & out” break. For those that really need to get out and stretch their legs, we offer 45-minute and 60-minute walks. If you live close to a park, dog park or walking trail, we can even take them there (by request) if you book a 60-minute walk.
Any of these walks can be booked during the week while you’re at work (actually, anytime, for that matter). They can also be booked in combination with our all-inclusive pet sitting visits for when you’re out of town. For example, most clients will book an all-inclusive visit in the morning and evening for walking and looking after all the pets (not just canine) in the home and then 1 or 2 walks during the day, depending on their dog’s normal routine.
- 20-minute “In & Out” Visit: $23
- 30-minute walk: $28
- 60-minute walk: $38
Above prices include 2 dogs. Additional dogs are $2.00 each.
